We will be closed Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday, the 27. Reminder Memorial Day is a paid holiday.
Fourth of July Break
We will be closed Thursday, July 3 and Friday, July 4th. We will reopen Monday, July 7th. Reminder 4th of July is a paid holiday.
Easter Break
We will be closed Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21 for Easter break. We will reopen Tuesday, April 22. Reminder Good Friday is a paid holiday.
President's Day
We will be open President’s Day. Please let us know if your child will be in attendance.
MLK Day
We will be open on Monday, January 20. Please let us know if your child will or will not be in attendance.
Christmas Break
Zion Childcare will be closed for Christmas and New Years break. We hope all of our families have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! We will reopen regular hours Monday, January 6
Christmas Party
Zion Childcare’s annual Christmas Party will be Thursday, October 24 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Each class will have their own individual parties, along with a special time share presents with one another. Please send a $5 gift for your child to share with their class. Girls pick out a present for another girl and boys pick out a present for another boy. Please mark your child’s name on the gift, so the teachers know who it is from, but do not write a name in the “to” section, each class has a fun and special way to decide who gets to open each present.
Parents can sign up to bring snacks to the child’s classroom on the sheet posted next to each classroom’s doorway. Students may arrive in costumes, as long as they are fun and not scary.
Christmas Program
Our Four and Five Year Old classes are proud to present One Starry Night, our adorable retelling of the night Jesus was born. Please join us to see all of the hard work that are students have put in. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and all guests must have a ticket to enter. Tickets will be sent home with students in early December.
Thanksgiving Break
Thursday, Nov. 28-Friday, Nov. 29 Closed for Thanksgiving break. We will reopen regular hours on Monday, Dec. 2.
Thanksgiving Feast
Our annual Thanksgiving feast is Tuesday, November 26. Each class will eat at their normal lunch time, but instead of an ordinary lunch, we will all get to enjoy a classic Thanksgiving meal prepared for us by our very special cook, Miss Mary!
Halloween Party
Zion Childcare’s annual Halloween Party will be Thursday, October 24 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
